Christian Brothers Automotive Frisco West

I had the best time getting my emissions test done with John and his team at Christian Brothers. They are so welcoming and all around kind men. They changed my window shield wipes and even gave my baby (my car) a nice wash for free. I left out happy with a shining car and passed emission test! I was also pleasantly surprised to have a gift on my seat. It’s nothing better than a automotive shop with Christian valves that actually show the values in ways that you can feel and see. Thank you for making my day that much better and blessed.

I stopped by CB west Frisco to extract a broken bolt. John greeted me in the parking lot and got a technician to work on it right away. I don’t remember the tech’s name but he did a fantastic job! Overall, the entire crew was very professional and courteous. While I waited for service, I can hear the same sentiment from other customers. Tells a lot about this shop. They have earned my future business.

I have been going to Christian brothers at Plano for a long time I assumed Frisco West would be similar experience across but definitely not. I did a simple oil change, they just chose the oil type didn’t ask what we wanted which was the first red flag. I paid $110.73 for an oil change. They made my husband wait 30-40 min after the appointment because they were “swamped” and had to wait for the tech to get there. They did not do a courtesy inspection at the time of the oil change. I spoke with Clint, he states it was declined by my husband but that is not correct. Forward to today 07/01- I had an appointment rescheduled to today at 2pm. I got off at work for this as well and also a 29 min commute from me. I took my time to drive over there for Clint to tell me they are too swamped and it will need to be rescheduled for tomorrow or Monday. The fact that having an appointment does not matter for this location is shocking and very disrespectful of customers time. If you can AVOID this place and go to where you know you will get treated decent.

I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers Automotive. After Discount Tire really messed up my car, I was stressed and unsure what to do. From my very first phone call to my visit in the shop, everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. I never felt rushed or dismissed; they took the time to explain everything and made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. A special thank you to Tristan, DJ, Clint, and John for going above and beyond. It's rare to find a team that truly puts customers first, and I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding service. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone looking for honest people who genuinely care about their customers. As a side note, this facility is incredibly well kept, clean, and even the restrooms were spotless. Thank you guys again!

I’ve consistently had great experiences at Christian Brothers Automotive. The service is always excellent, with clear communication and fair pricing you can trust. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with coffee and water offered, which makes the experience even better. The staff is friendly and professional every single visit, and the courtesy shuttle is a huge plus. Tristan helped me today and was fantastic, but honestly, everyone I’ve interacted with here has been a pleasure. Highly recommend!
